Unable to push domain to new owner

I have just sold one of my websites and want to push the domain to the new owner's Dynadot account, but am unable to do so.

This is the process I go through:

1. Check mark the domain i want to push under the "Manage domain names" tab (the domain is unlocked)

2. Click on the "change account" button

3. Enter his forum name (p_g_mawson_au) in the "receipient form name" field, and click on the change account button

4. It then shows me I have 1 item in my shopping cart and says "domain change account (push)- cost $0.00 (no charge)

5. I click on the "check out" button and then it just says "There are no items in your shopping cart. Please add some items to checkout."

Please let me know what I am doing wrong as I want to get this to the new owner ASAP.
