I tried to buy an auctioned domain. I'm on vacation and the notice that I won went to my junk mail. Now it's telling me that the domain isn't available? How long until it becomes available again?
You only have 48 hours to pay for an Expired Auction order before it gets cancelled. The reason for this is because the domain gets deleted from our system and goes into redemption period shortly after that time frame.
We double-checked and confirmed the domain you had won is currently in redemption period. Only the original owner can get access to it now.
If the owner doesn't restore, the Central Registry will release it back to the public for open registration about 75 days after the expiration date.
