I have a few questions:

Is there a bulk tool to transfer into Dynadot?

As my account is on bulk pricing does this pricing apply to transfers into Dynadot?
Your transfer page is telling me transfers are $6.99 ... .net prices at the moment before prices go up are attractive hence my question as to whether that price will apply to transfers in (If this is the case I would like to transfer over a number of domains to you before pricing goes up)

I use a space between the domain and the authcode, and that works.

To clarify ..

On your bulk transfer page is the format to enter domains and authorisation codes as follows? (In a list, using a comma to separate each domain from it's auth code)

domain1.com,authcode1
domain2.com,authcode2
domain3.com,authcode3
domain4.com,authcode4

etc etc
