Hi, so I just completed submitting an order for two domains to transfer them from another registrar to here, but I made a foolish mistake. I realized too late that one of those domains has domain privacy (privacyprotect.org), and therefore the contact email is set to "[email protected]". As a result, I did not receive a transfer authorization email for this domain, although I did for my other one.
So, here is my question: Is it possible to resend the transfer authorization email for this domain?
I have turned off domain privacy, so it should send it to my email address now. Otherwise, it seems like I will be unable to transfer this other domain. Thanks.
Yes it is possible, Change the email at your previous registrar, login into your dynadot account and you will see an option to resend authorization email at your account page.
