Transfer Auth/Email Error

hello,

I'd like to transfer a domain name on my account, I'm in the stage where i must confirm the transfer by sending an email to the email address in the whois. I get the following error:

Could not parse whois for this domain. Please try again later, or contact customer support.

hi,

I still get the following mail:

You have requested a transfer of magaziza.com to Dynadot. We have sent an authorization email to PrivacyProtect.org at [email protected]. Please read that email and follow its instructions to authorize this transfer.

although I changed the email on the whois for my real email address. thank you

the mail that was parsed is [email protected], because it's not my mail, it was bounced, now i changed the mail and im trying to re-submit the new whois, the same error : Could not parse whois for this domain. Please try again later, or contact customer support.
