I want to register a domain name. I get this error. Why ??

There have been too many grace deletions for this domain. We can no longer register this domain for you.

We will reply to you via email.

1. Will you send me a notification through email ? Thanks

2. Is the domain privacy fee refunded if canceled during the grace period ?

3. If the fee $1 for domain name cancellation during the grace period ?

It still shows

There have been too many grace deletions for this domain. We can no longer register this domain for you.

You may want to try registering the domain next month, which is now only a couple days away.

How can you help me in this situation ? You mean I should register with another registrar ?

"The domain which I want to register, was registered last year 2-3 times, not any time this year."  

Other Dynadot customers would have had to register it this month in order for you to see that message.

How can you remove this restriction for me ? I don't want to register it with another registrar.

Some central registries don't like it when a domain is registered, grace deleted, registered, grace deleted, etc in a continuous loop.  So there are restrictions on how many times a domain can be registered/deleted in a given month.
