What should I do to avoid this link(http://www1.wxrb.com/rjxz/rjxz.htm) to access my site(it4me.net). I found the Url on google webmaster tools.

I have try to change the name server but still following. I have try to parked the domain(on dynadot) but still following too. I am confused..
