Status of domain purchase says problem

I just purchased a domain with privacy. PayPal shows the payment cleared but the status on dynadot shows problem. However no where does it state the problem nor have I received an email telling me I had an issue. Please advise.

Unfortunately, it appears that this domain needed to be cancelled. Please do contact our orders department for specific information.
