server not found error - domains missing - no service contact?

Hello,

I just found dynadot a couple of days ago and reg a couple of domains. Yesterday, I had problems accessing the website I was working on. Today I checked and the domians arn't in my account :(

What a nightmare, these two domains were my project for the week and now I'm out of business.

I just sent a msg to service but does anyone have an ideas as to what could be the problem?
