Sending emails from Thunderbird is failing.

"Sending of message failed.
An error occurred sending mail: Unable to establish a secure link with SMTP server mail.dreamwire.in using STARTTLS since it doesn't advertise that feature. Switch off STARTTLS for that server or contact your service provider."

I have the settings as:

Connection security: SSL/TLS
Authentication method: Normal password

Why can I not send emails?
Could I have the settings I need for Thunderbird to work?
