Hello,

You say you add the Revenue parking's revenue to accounts once a month.

But I can see no revenue has been added to my account so far.


May you please explain us how does this work?

January and February's revenue was credited last week.

Will you be crediting both January and February's revenue together?

We usually credit the accounts once a month, usually around 2 weeks after the month ends. Unfortunately, due to a delay in updated parking statistics from our ad parking provider, we haven't been able to credit January and February's parking revenue yet. We hope to have the updated numbers soon so we can credit the accounts. We apologize for this delay.
