Request Deletion for Account Credit problem [Waiting for more than 24 Hours and status still showed up "Problem"]

Hello,

I had Request Deletion for Account Credit problem before 24 hours.
However, I found that the Status still showed up "Problem".

Please help me to fix this problem.

From my experience, we have not had any problems grace deleting .TV domains.

Hi,

I am new to Dynadot.

The reason I switched over because of the opportunity to taste any domain. However, seing this post about .ws my question is: Is there any problem with .tv domain?

The refund field only shows the last refund. So for this order the domains were deleted one by one. I checked our system, and you were indeed credited twice for $6.99.

Thank you for helping me to delete such .ws domain.

However, I only got part of the account balance of the deleted domain.

We are having problems with the .WS central registry when we try to delete .WS domains during their grace period.  We hope to have this resolved some time today.
