Ive discovered that the nameservers are the same from a previous hosting. They share nameservers. Some of my sites use the same files from the old hosting account but i dont not have access to the old account what do i do?

It is odd that the 2 web hosts are not connected in any way but use the same name server.  Perhaps they are both resellers for another web hosting service?

In any case, you need to contact them and explain that you have a web hosting account with them, but since they are both using the same name server, there may be some conflicting configuration issues with their name servers (or in this case, the name servers they both use).

I'm not sure if I understand the problem correctly.  Are both the old and your current web hosting accounts with the same web host?  If so, you need to contact your web host and find out if they can help you regain access to your old account.  Or, you need to ask them what would happen if 2 different web hosting accounts are set up to serve the same domain name.
