I purchased some domains from a dynadot user, he tried transferring the domains, and that didn't work (because I was a dynadot member).  So, he supposedly pushed them, but they are not registering on my end. What can I do? Besides asking him to push them again.

If he pushed the domains to your account, all you need to do is log in to your Dynadot account and accept them.
