Dear sir,

I cannot push my domain to Sedo's escrow account and I received the following error message.

Recipient account not set up to receive US domains. Please ask recipient to sign into their account and submit their US app and US nexus settings.

I told Sedo staff to create a record for US app and US nexus settings. however, their staff replied me that they cannot make any changes on those account.

it would be grateful if Dynadot's Staff can setup it manually.

the Recipient account: ************** [removed by dynadot_staff]
Recipient email: ************ [removed by dynadot_staff]

Thank you for your help,

Kam

phicore is correct. The recipient Dynadot account would need to set their US domain settings in their account. US domain settings would be set in the Account Area -> "Domains" tab -> "Advanced Settings" 2nd level menu -> "US Domain Settings" 3rd level menu.

hi Kam

not sure if this will help
login to dynadot and go to https://www.dynadot.com/account/domain/setting/us_domains.html
set the settings there

i dont think you can edit an already existing domain though, those 2 settings youve already edited when registering the domain, i think the problem is on the account youre trying to push the domain _to_, "Sedo's Dynadot Account", so contact who has that account and ask them to go through the procedure ive mentioned above and set the intended usage and registrant type on that page

hope this helps
