Hi,

I recently made an order with a bunch of new domains. I paid for both orders. But in the order status, it says "problem" and the domains are not added to my domains list.

Please help.

Some of the orders placed for the new TLDs were delayed a bit due to some technical issues.  We do apologize for that.  Looks like all of your orders are complete now.
