Problem with Domain Transfer (Privacy Mail Problem) - contactprivacy.com

I have domain, and its unlocked, used EPP and all.. But automatic email isnt coming from DynaDot...
Because of privacy email in whois is [email protected] , if i send email there its not coming (forwarding) to my email addresss.. But if i go to contactprivacy.com, add manualy domain name: shulephoto.com , after that every mail from dropdown you get is working , and im geting emails i send from there..

Can anyone help me?  I purchased domain with Hostable.com 3years ago, they are Tucows reseller..
But their support or tucows isnt responding, and i have just couple of days left to transfer it..

Can i receive that mail manualy ?

Yes, you'll want to submit the transfer order again since your original order was cancelled and refunded.  The credit was added to your account balance.  You can use the balance as payment during checkout when you submit the new transfer order.

Asked them to disable the privacy, they did...
I dont see domain in my Domains...  but it look like it charged me 10$...
shall i start transfer again ?
