Problem in transfer of domain name

I am trying to transfer a domain to Dynadot, I have approved the transfer, but I get the following message:

problem, please contact [email protected] for more information

Also if a transfer fails, please confirm that the amount is refunded

It looks like your domain is in the process of being transferred at the moment.  If the transfer fails, your payment will be credited to your Dynadot account.
