I have 17 domains which I need to change the DNS and ip address of as my hosting has changed.

However, when setting the DNS and then trying to register the private ip address it says ...

Could not create name server:

   * The name server 'ns1.webberlink4.com' already exists.

So it will not let me register my private ip address

So the domain ip status reads:

IP Status of weightloss4ureviews.com
       Name Server Unreachable - One or more name servers for this domain can not be reached. Please contact the admin for the name server.

Hence I cannot get me website online

How can I resolve this issue and get my DNS and ip sorted out?

You can add the Name Server to your account.  Once you do, you will be allowed to edit it.  Just click the "Add Name Server" link.
