If you have a good router you can. Forward port 80 on your router to whatever port you're using on your computer. www.port-forward.com If somebody else is using 80, you could use 8080 and that should work. Also, if you have multiple computers running servers on port 80 you will need to setup a proxy server which gets a bit complicated.
