pointing DNS to a host and getting email through Google Apps

Hi,

I have registered a domain with Dynadot. Here is what I want to do:

1- I have site hosted elsewhere. I want to point my domain to it.
2- I'd like to use Google Apps for email and blog.

From what I understand I should enter the DNS names of the webhost provideri in the respective form on Dynadot. Right?

So what should I do for getting my email through Google then? Should I modify the MX records on Dynadot or I should do them at the webhost?
