Please Check my domain coz still it wont working why?

I am waiting for 5 days and nothing

I believe you will need to add the url of your website at your webhost also.Check at your host the faq and forums.The way how you need to add your website is different from host to host.However, the 2 nameservers seems correct but there is also an issue with the cname.
But you can check this by yourself  e.g. through
http://www.dnsvalidation.com

You will have to fix all the warnings:" Could not fetch NS records".
