I bought a domain from dynadot:

http://unblocksitesonline.info/

I have setup the name servers which are:

ns7.000webhost.com
ns8.000webhost.com

I use 000webhost.com
Here is my subdomain from 000webhost.com:

http://elite.000webhost.info/

My domain keeps redirecting to dynadot.com, why is it doing that?
I have tried everything :(

Yes, you are correct. Those name servers aren't responding with an IP address when your domain is requested. Please contact your web host and ask them to add your domain to their name servers' domain list.

It's not a caching issue:

It can't get a IP address

It is probably a caching issue. Restarting your computer may help. Otherwise if that doesn't work, the cache should clear in 1-3 days. You can read more about caching here:
