It will happen occasionally that we do not receive payment notification from PayPal. When this occurs, our system still reads the order as 'waiting for payment' and does not complete it.
If you see this happen, please email us your unique transaction ID as soon as possible ([email protected]) so that we can locate and apply the payment. You can also call us or use online chat for faster service. Forums is not recommended in these cases, just because of the time factor.
