Hello, I've paid for basic hosting by mistake , I'd like to pay for an Advanced Hosting Is it possible to refund the amount , then I can buy advanced hosting:)

Yes, you have 30 days from the purchase date to request to delete and refund hosting. Looks like we just responded to your email. :)
