Own NS but have MX Record

Hi guys,

Trying to setup some domain records. I need to setup an MX, 2xCNAME and a TXT record. When i set them it removes my Nameservers. What am i doing wrong?

These are the settings I require are as per (ex NS):
https://iihelp.iinet.net.au/DNS_records_for_Hosted_Exchange

Your domain is using your hosting provider's name servers. All website settings and email services are configured through them.
