Hello,

I believe I've bought the same domain twice with PayPal.
PurchaseElite.org expired for me so I renewed it. Still says its out. wtf.

The renewal went through. You should see that the expiration date has changed. It can sometimes take up to 30 minutes for the site to came back online after a renewal.

We did receive two payments for this order. Your account was credited for the duplicate.
