Order Status: "Processing" ? How long it takes to be completed?

My order status is still 'processing' and it needs approval. Maybe my mobile number must be verified. I don't know how to verify it because I have not received any emails regarding this verification. I only have welcome message email from Dynadot.

How long it takes to be completed and how to verify my account?
