So, yesterday I went to my account to remove the cname I never used, and the name servers changed to the dynadot ones, but I changed them back to my site's name servers and I still get this message, it's been +12 hours!! And sometimes the site is back, but most of the time it's offline.

"Not Found

Your domain could not be found in our forwarding or stealth forwarding tables.

If you recently set your name servers, please wait a few minutes and try again. Sometimes restarting your browser helps.

The message that you are referring to indicates that the Name Server changes have not yet propagated.  It would appear after forwarding had been removed,  but before the new settings had taken full effect.  

We checked your account and the domain is now using Name Servers.  The page is loading properly.

I think it's working now, but I added the forwarding thing again. if not, it would keep showing the not forund message...

edit: looks like it just gets fine sometimes, it keeps showing the message...
