I have already emailed the Contact Dynadot section and have not received a reply yet.
Apprently the Dynadot DNS nameservers that I am using for my site has no MX records, and this is causing me outgoing email issues.

Oh well, I did not detect any MX records so you probably don't have any and if you know you should have then they may be missing at your nameservers!
I got this info from intodns.com for my domain.
I need this fixed asap please
