I have already emailed the Contact Dynadot section and have not received a reply yet.

Apprently the Dynadot DNS nameservers that I am using for my site has no MX records, and this is causing me outgoing email issues.

Oh well, I did not detect any MX records so you probably don't have any and if you know you should have then they may be missing at your nameservers!

I got this info from intodns.com for my domain.

I need this fixed asap please

We responded to your email on June 23, 2012.  The email seemed to bounce back to us as a failure notice.  Is your email address correct in your account?

Yes, you can set up MX records in the DNS section.  We are glad you were able to get the issue resolved.
