Need help with nameservers!!! =\

Why are my nameservers not working properly. They used to work when I first bought my domains. Now... I set the nameservers and when i add the domain to my hosting it says:
"You need to change the name servers BEFORE adding or parking it in your control panel"

But on one of my domains that i had all nameservers set to none it appears to work when i add it to my hosting. It lets me add it but the site doesnt work. Pls help!!

You may want to contact the administrator of the name servers you are using, or your web host if they control your name servers and ask them the question.

You can do an IP Lookup to see the response of the name servers you have set:

To do an IP lookup, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down.
  3. Find the domain name you want to check and click on the ellipsis next to the lock icon.
  4. Choose "ip lookup" from the list.
    • Your page should look like what is shown below:

  1. The IP lookup will load in a new browser tab.
