Hi,
Our company has  a Chinese domain (www.emicotrophy.cn) with Dynadot and set up mail forwarding to our company e-mail account.

It worked at the moment of setting up but later on stop working.

I understand for mail forwarding to work we must use Dynadot name server and we have not made any changes on that, but just perform domain forwarding to our Chinese website. We have checked our "Manage" domain section but cannot verify if we are using having Dynadot name server.

Please help how do we get around this issue.

Yes we are still having issue the e-mail we sent to emico[a]emicotrophy.cn had not been forwarded to the intended recipient even after days.
