I just paid for my Domain Name using Paypal yet I cannot use my domain name! It reads the following:

Order Items
domain registration cherrycouture.org
duration 1 year ($9.25)
result Need Approval
domain privacy cherrycouture.org
cost 1 year ($2.00)
result None

HELP PLEASE!!!!
