i bought a new domain 2 days ago and then i added name server in it but its not working. When i click on ip it doesn't show any ip, It only show my entered nameserver. Why is that? How long does it take to fully work 2 days have already passed.

You need to contact your Hosting company to fix this problem.  If you use the IP lookup tool and an IP address isn't shown next to your Name Servers, that means that the Name Servers aren't accepting connections, either for your domain specifically or any connections at all.
