We have checked your domain and it appears to be online and active.  If you cannot see your website, it is possible that the old name server settings may have been cached either on your computer or on your Internet Service Provider's side.  You can try our Snapshot tool to see if you can view your website.  To access the snapshot tool, please follow these steps:

How do I access the website snapshot tool?

Our website snapshot tool allows you to see what your website homepage looks like. The reason you may want to use this tool is to see if you're seeing a different - cached - version of your website.

To see your website's snapshot, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon (...) beside the domain and choose "snapshot" from the dropdown.
  4. A pop-up window will appear showing you a current snapshot of your website.
From Help Section: Account & Domain Management > How do I access the website snapshot ...

Why is my website offline?

There are many reasons why you may not be able to see your website. The majority of these reasons fall into these 3 categories:

  1. If you recently set your name servers, your settings may not have propagated yet.
    • You can do an IP lookup in your Dynadot account to see if your new name server settings have been propagated through the system. If they haven't propagated yet, you'll see a "name servers misconfigured" error.
  2. The website or the old name server settings for your domain are cached.
    • If you aren't getting the "name servers misconfigured" error in your IP lookup, you can try refreshing your site a few times. If that doesn't work, you can try clearing your cache. Click on "cached" above for more information & browser instructions.
  3. Your web host has not set up their name servers to handle web requests for your domain yet.
    • We recommend contacting your web host about the issue.
