My website has just gone down and I'm not sure why. I am able to get to the site through it's IP and SSH in but can't access it through the domain name.

I tried using the IP lookup tool and got the message:
Name Server Unreachable - One or more name servers for this domain can not be reached. Please contact the admin for the name server.

Does this mean there is a problem at Dynadots end? Or is there something wrong with my web server?

Yes, 24/7 support is a top goal for us as we expand.

The lack of emergency contact is somewhat concerning. I don't like calling the main number and being told to call back during normal business hours.

DNS2 works for me, but DNS1 still doesn't. Some users can connect and some - can't =(

Dynadot's DNS is down. I love the smell of losing money first thing in the morning.....
