Name Server IP Changed

Hi,

We recently changed our DNS IP from 165.21.82.240 to 120.50.41.211. But when do IP lookup, your side still trying to get records from the old IP. Is it the IP being cached? Anyway to clear or change it?

The DNS is ns1.javelinhost.net.

Hello,

It looks like your new name server doesn't respond to IP addresses for your domain. So the IP will come from the old name server, since you are using both old and new name servers. You can eliminate the problem by setting the domain to just use the javelinhost.net
