You can use your manual settings to configure any email client, including mac mail.

one more thing, im using mac and i want my email to forward to my mail box in mac, how can i do that?

I don't see any errors in your settings.  Can you tell us anymore about the trouble you're having?  Are you accessing this address through webmail or using an email client?  Do you receive any errors when trying to send?  Do messages to this address bounce back to the sender?  Please email the details to [email protected] so we can troubleshoot the issue.
