My domain is redirecting to your-site.com

Hello,

Earlier today I purchased the domain apexweb.io. I set up cloudflare to point to my server's IP and then I set my domain's nameservers to the nameservers cloudflare gave me. It was working fine for an hour or two, but then suddenly apexweb.io started redirecting to your-site.com and I can't figure out why. Does anyone know why this might be happening?
