my domain is not showing in my country

my domain is not showing in Algeria it didnt came for me neither my friend (both in algeria) but when i use a proxy it shows normally
so what is the problem ???

Hello,

There is nothing wrong with your settings or the site itself. If you can view the page by proxy, I would guess the issue is local. I'd suggest starting by contacting your ISP and going from there.
