my domain is disabled

Hello
I have issue when I try to open my site this message shows
"This site can’t be reached
kungfu0.com’s server IP address could not be found."
and when I open my account in dynadot I found that my domain is disabled

I found this message in spam and I knew why it disabled "We have disabled your domain, kungfu0.com, upon discovering a phishing page being hosted on it. This is a violation of our Service Agreement (Part 1, Section 7)."
and I chatted with webhost and deleted this file .. and I want to know is there possibility to enable it again?!
