Hi

I've created an account just yesterday and registered a domain. I've made mistake when providing year and month birthdate.

Then I've received this message :

Error: Cannot complete verification. You've entered in the incorrect birth date too many times. Please contact us at [email protected] to reset your account.

dynadot did not reply to my email in order to solve this problem

What can I do now ?

Our office has been closed since Friday due to the holiday.  Someone should respond to your email later today.
