My change in the name server are not applied

Hi,

I transfered my domain to my account in Dynadot,today, I received an email confirming that the transfert has finished, I have change the name server but I still see that the domain has not changed after the 20 min when I navigate : http://www.ugelmed.com

What's the problem ?
