multiple domain names for advanced hosting package

Hi there, I have the Advanced web hosting package with one .com domain www.michaelmano.com

My question is can i purchase another domain and make it go to that site? like www.michaelmano.com/store

(instead of having to type that it would just be my store name like
www.makeupstorenamehere.com)
?? because when i buy a domain it asks for the name server so i guess my real question is how do i add another domain to my advanced hosting package (you guys)
