Email from at least (1) of my clients is not being forwarded through Dynadot to my existing Time Warner Roadrunner email account.  The specific client is brookside-homes.com.  Both Time Warner and Brookside Homes ISP's have thoroughly investigated the problem and find nothing wrong.  In addition, I had Brookside Homes send several emails directly to my Roadrunner account, bypassing Dynadot, and I received them with no problem.  I question if the dash in their domain name has anything to do with the problem.

Would you please advise me as to where to proceed from here.  Thank you so much for any help you can give me.

UPDATE:
My client and I have apparently fixed the problem for now.  This forum has been very informational for me.  I will definitely use it again in the future.
