I did not flood any of your resources, the customer rep. would disconnect as soon as I would bring it up, very unprofessional. The domain did not nullify any service agreement, I would still like for you to message me the complaint.

If your domain is violating our Service Agreement it may be disabled.  In many cases, you will be notified in advance and given an opportunity to rectify the situation before this happens, though that is not always the case.  

Some account issues, including Service Agreement violations and account security issues, can not be handled by our main customer support.  These issues are handled exclusively by senior associates and only via email.  We understand it may be frustrating to wait for an email response when your domain is offline but flooding our chat and phone lines will do nothing to help the issue.
