has been locked. I dont know the birth date to unlock it,

ive sent an email. but still you have done nothing?

Just in case................. remember as you are in the UK the format will be mm/dd/yyyy not dd/mm/yyyy.

and i dont remember what birth date i stated when i actauley signed up... its not my actaul birth date wich is  abit weird

If you didn't indicate the birth date when you registered, the default is 1/1 in all fields (Jan 1, New Year's Day)
