I need to unlock my account and it seems physically impossible to do so.

I have the App. I open the App, it asks for my Account Serial Number.

How do I get my account Serial Number?



I've not lost my cellphone either.is there any way to send this serial to my cell phone?

i press on Lost Cellphone and fill the form but the staff tell me to identify my self???



plz help how to fix that?
