When i tried to unlock my domain while i wanted to transfer it to another registrar it asks me for my birth of date which i put it randomly when i created the account, i did change the birth of date and your system said it will take around 2 days to be changed. its been two days and the birth of date has not been changed yet and i can't unlock my domain. Please help

It is two business days that you need to allow.  Your request was submitted on Friday afternoon.  I expect you'll receive a reply from an account manager tomorrow.
