How would I add an IP and a PORT on that IP as a domain record?

Hello, I am trying to use dynadot as a DNS so i can host a site on my IP and now people need to go to http://example.com:PORT to be able to access the content, how do i automatically transfer them to the port, or even better how do i just get rid of the port?
